Sunday, September 11, 2011 6:36 am      At 0636 Hrs the alarm was sounded for the 4100 block on Deriemer Ave for a fire in a private dwelling.  Engine 63 and Ladder 39 responded as the 1st due units. Upon arrival there were no visible signs of fire however multiple people were in the street pointing to the second floor. The members from Ladder 39 and the officer from Engine 63 gained access inside.  Once inside the Engine 63 officer quickly told the engine chauffer to transmit the 10 - 75. While the Engine officer kept control of the door to the fire room the members from Ladder 39 began their primary searches while the members from Engine 63 stretched a line to the second floor. Upon their arrival Battalion 15 gave the All Hands. The fire was quickly knocked down and all searches were conducted and found negative.
