Congratulations to FF’s Robert Painter, Johnny Yarusso, and Charlie Anastos of E-63 on winning 1st place at the tenth annual Iron Skillet Cook Off competition All-Stars Edition. This is the second win for E-63’s chefs at the Iron Skillet competition as they had taken 1st place back in 2009. E-63’s team of chefs was invited back this year to compete in an all-star competition against four other teams who had won the Iron Skillet Cook Off in previous years. This year’s winning dish, created by head chef Robert Painter was Cajun Duck, served over Creole Grit Pancakes, finished in a Pecan Currant Sauce. We’d like to thank all the other teams for being such great competitors, and send a big thank you to the World Cares Center for hosting this great event every year....]]>
